We understand that insurance benefits can be confusing these days. The staff at CORE Physical Therapy can answer any insurance questions you may have. We accept many different carriers, including workers’ compensation and motor vehicle insurances. Even if your insurance is not listed below, you may still have out-of-network benefits that allow you to receive care at CORE Physical Therapy.

CORE Physical Therapy also accepts cash payments and can establish payment arrangements for those with financial hardships. Additionally, depending upon the type of insurance, patients may be seen through direct access, meaning they can be treated without a script.
